The problem becomes obvious
Working on energy trading desks in Vienna and Zurich — watching analysts tab between 12 browser windows, multiple terminals, and an AGSI CSV export. Expensive and fragmented.
2023
First prototype
Built the first internal tool connecting AGSI+, ENTSOG, and ENTSO-E in one view. Used it internally for six months before showing it to anyone.
2024
AI enters the picture
Integrated Claude to generate daily market briefings from live data. The 07:00 CET briefing became the most-used feature immediately.
2025
ByteStrats GmbH founded
Incorporated in Zug, Switzerland. Bootstrapped from day one — no VC, no pressure to pivot. Subscriber revenue only.
